2. User Obligations and Responsibilities

• Product Range: Our inventory includes Automatic Knives, Fixed Blade Knives, EDC Knives, Hunting & Camping Knives, Multi-Tools, Axes & Hatchets, Karambits, Bowies, Butterfly Knives, Kitchen Knives, and related accessories (Sharpeners, Cases, Handle Scales, etc.).
• Craftsmanship & Selection: Each item is chosen for its quality and utility. “Custom Knives” are uniquely crafted items made to individual specifications and are subject to specific sale terms.
• Product Information: We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, minor variations in color, finish, or material may occur. Product availability is subject to change.
• Service Area: We ship to a global community of enthusiasts, excluding select remote regions and specific areas in Asia. You are responsible for confirming that we can ship to your location at checkout.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including limitations on quantity, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

4.2 Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed at the time of order. You authorize us to charge the total amount to your selected payment method.

4.3 Shipping & Delivery

• Processing: Orders are carefully prepared and inspected within 1-2 business days before dispatch from our hub in Washington, D.C., USA.
• Methods:
  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 USD via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 USD via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery Estimates: Are estimates only and may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays. Tracking information is provided upon shipment.
• Import Duties & Taxes: You are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by your country. These are not included in the product or shipping price.

Note: Delivery times commence after the order processing period and exclude weekends and holidays.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. Our full Shipping & Returns Policy is incorporated here by reference. Key terms include:

• Eligibility: You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return/exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and accessories.
• Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale): Custom Knives; used Knife Sharpeners; installed or modified Knife Handle Scales. Exceptions apply only if the item arrives damaged or defective.
• Process: Initiate a request via email to [email protected] within the timeframe. An RMA number is required for all returns.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection and approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order number and photos for a prepaid return label and expedited resolution.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Knife Craft Store, its suppliers, or licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. 7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the products sold shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
