Due to their personalized nature, safety, hygiene, and legal considerations, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom Knives: As uniquely crafted items tailored to individual specifications.
  • Knife Sharpeners (if used): For hygiene and performance integrity reasons.
  • Knife Handle Scales (if installed or modified): Due to customization altering the product’s original state.
