Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Eligibility & Timeframe
- You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.
- The item must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging, tags, accessories, sheaths, and documentation intact.
- Your order number or proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to their personalized nature, safety, hygiene, and legal considerations, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom Knives: As uniquely crafted items tailored to individual specifications.
- Knife Sharpeners (if used): For hygiene and performance integrity reasons.
- Knife Handle Scales (if installed or modified): Due to customization altering the product’s original state.
Exception: If any non-returnable item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos for resolution.
3. The Return & Exchange Process: Step-by-Step
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected].

- Receive Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Ship Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside.

- Use a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt, we inspect the item (within 3-5 business days) and notify you via email regarding your refund or exchange shipment.
4. Refund Timeline & Method
- Timeline: After approval, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. It may then take an additional 3-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Method: Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping for the replacement item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your Bowie Knife, Axe, Multi-Tool, or any item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
