1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received at our facility, our team will inspect the item (typically within 3-5 business days). We will notify you via email about the status of your refund or the dispatch of your exchange item.
4. Refund Timeline & Method
- Timing: After we approve your return, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The funds may then take an additional 3-10 business days to appear in your original payment account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). We cannot issue refunds to a different card or account.
