Where do you ship from, and what are the shipping options?
All orders are packed and shipped from our fulfillment center at 904 Shepherd Street Northwest, Washington, US 20011.

We offer two primary services:
🚚 Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): $12.95 flat rate. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment. Ideal for prompt, tracked delivery.
📦 Free Shipping (EMS): Free on orders over $50. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment. An economical choice for non-urgent orders.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship globally! However, due to complex customs regulations, we are currently unable to ship to most parts of Asia and a few select remote regions. Our checkout system will automatically validate your address during purchase. If your region is restricted, the system will notify you.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Are duties and taxes included in the price?
